Clinical Presentation
History, Chief Complaint
• Lateral nasal deviation (≤90 degrees) with associated incisor occlusion deficiency and possibly protrusion of the tongue. The deformity may cause problems nursing or grazing.
• Depending on the degree of nasal septum deviation, the respiratory symptoms may vary from exercise intolerance to respiratory stridor at rest.
